1. Initial diagnostics and terms

• Diagnostics is the minimum charge and includes assessing the damage, determining recovery possibilities, and establishing the precise final cost.

• The diagnostics fee is payable regardless of the outcome of the recovery attempt.

• In simple cases, data may be recovered during the diagnostics process without any additional charge.

• The price includes return shipping costs (standard post) within the territory of Latvia.

2. Hourly rate

The hourly rate is applied in non-standard or emergency situations that require extensive manual engineering work not covered by the standard fixed tariff:

• Integrated Devices: Hard drives with integrated USB interfaces (non-disassembleable casings) may incur an additional hour for diagnostics.

• Non-Standard Media: Initial analysis of non-standard data carriers (e.g., RAID configurations, DVRs, servers).

3. Hard disk drive (HDD)

The price includes standard logical/minor electronic fault remediation.

Costs for complex physical damage (e.g., clean room work) start at €600 and are finalized individually after diagnostics. Hard drives with integrated USB interfaces (non-disassembleable) may incur an additional hour for diagnostics.

4. SSD Drive

Complex SSD recovery (e.g., chip-off and NAND reconstruction, bit error correction) is calculated individually after diagnostics.

• Material Advance Payment is Non-Refundable. Advance payments made by the customer for materials that have already been acquired will not be refunded.
