Submitting a Storage Device & Diagnostics

Before Submitting Your Storage Device

• Stop using the storage device immediately.
• Contact the service provider, register for the service, and receive a case number.
• Do not send the storage device without prior registration!

Preparing the Device for Shipping

• Pack the storage device in a rigid box using an anti-static bag and bubble wrap.
• Write the case number clearly on the outside of the package.

Submission Methods (Logistics)

• Drop off at the service address by prior arrangement.
• Send by Latvijas Pasts or courier service (e.g. Omniva, DPD, DHL).

Diagnostics & Costs

• Diagnostics typically take 1–3 business days.
• The client receives a technical condition report with the diagnostic results.
